Emergency services called to two-vehicle crash

A woman has been taken to hospital following a two car collision at Churchstow. 

Police were called at 2.15pm today, 20 December, following a two car collision at Churchstow.

The crash took place between Elston Cross and Huxton Fork.

Ambulance, fire, and police attended. The cars have been removed from the carriageway, but the incident is still in the hands of Devon and Cornwall Police. 

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "One woman sustained injuries and was taken to Derriford Hospital. The extent of her injuries is unknown at this time but not thought life-threatening."
