Fire crews called to car blaze
Fire crews from Buckfastleigh and Ashburton were called to a car on fire just off the A38.
The two fire crews were called to the scene in South Brent at 10.40am on Sunday, 12 September, and the car was extinguished by around midday.
Crews used two breathing apparatus sets and a hose reel jet to battle the blaze, whilst protecting the drainage system from contaminants in the water run off from the vehicle.
The car is thought to be a white 9-3 Saab convertible.
The cause is thought to be accidental.
