Ivybridge Police have said they are "obtaining names and addresses" after a group of young teenagers were reported as "causing problems" during three separate incidents.

Ivybridge Police have taken to social media to inform members of the public that they are investigating reports of anti-social behaviour in the town.

An Ivybridge Police spokesperson said: "We have been informed of three separate incidents [on Tuesday, 4 September] of a group of boys, early teens causing problems in and outside of the Co-op, Poundland and St Luke’s charity shop.

"The boys were using awful language, making obscene actions in the shops and upsetting the staff and customers.
We are aware of this group and are currently in contact with the college obtaining names and addresses.

"What is also unacceptable is the speed the boys are going in and around the precinct and car park on their bikes.

"Expect visits to be made and an escalation of our ASB process."

You can report anti-social behaviour on the Devon and Cornwall Police website: www.devon-cornwall.police.uk/report/asb/report-antisocial-behaviour/
