An 18-year-old woman from Galmpton has died after falling off a cliff at Hope Cove.
It is thought that she was walking her dog with her boyfriend when she attempted to prevent her dog chasing a rabbit off the cliff edge and tripped.
Kingsbridge & Bigbury Coastguard Rescue Teams, Devon Air Ambulance and Hope Cove Lifeboat attended the scene alongside Devon and Cornwall Police.
Her next of kin have been informed.
