Directions
Leaving Totnes on the A381 towards Newton Abbot the property go past the Pig & Whistle on the left and then take the third turning on the left at the Shadrack Crossroads and with a post box and bus shelter on your left. Follow along the lane, past some cottages on the right and just past the dog leg to the right you will find no 3 on your right hand side.
