We required a surface water drainage assessment as part of a planning application for an extension. At first we attempted to approach a a larger company who provided very little guidance and ambiguous information on the process and service they would provide. In addition to a number of unreturned phone calls and hefty quote.
Simon in contrast was a breath of fresh air, making it very clear what we would require to support our planning application and what service he provided. He went out of his way to accommodate our timescale and produced an excellent report in a timely fashion. Needless to say our planning application was successful and we thank him for his assistance fantastic service.
