I've been working with Nash & Co for the past 18 months having received a recommendation from our HR agency - all I can say is thank goodness for that well deserved recommendation as absolutely everyone I have worked with at Nash has been fantastic, but especially Rachel who has really gone the extra mile to assist us through a very challenging time.

My wife and I bought a house in Modbury recently, and we used Nash & Co's Conveyancing team. They were superb, and have a fantastic free to use mobile phone app for clients to use. You can literally do everything for on the app - it does your ID, proof of address, and you can log in 24 hours a day and check where you are with everything. They send you all the forms via the app, you can fill them all in and sign them electronically before sending them back. Its very easy to use, convenient and much faster than having to do it all on paper. You also get to keep all the paperwork on the app in case you need it again. It's easily a major benefit to going with Nash & Co. I can't fault the work that they did either, they were superb. Nothing was too much trouble, and despite problems from the sellers, the team got us to completion quicker than we ever imagined. We are now going to get the firm to do our Wills too! Can't recommend them highly enough, very professional and client service is definitely worthy of the 5* rating.
