The group are super friendly and welcoming and Louisa is motivational (and funny!). The plan (it's not a diet!) is easy to stick to as there's nothing that you can't have. There are loads of yummy recipes you can follow and once you've got the hang of it it's pretty easy to adapt any recipe to be Slimming World friendly. I can honestly say I'm enjoying food more now than I was before I joined - and I'm losing weight to boot.
If you're wishing you could get on top of your eating, go to Slimming World this week - I wish I'd done it sooner. xx
