I've been attending Nat's group at the Methodist Church in Kingsbridge on a Tuesday morning for two years and have lost 5 and a half stone. It's fantastic. Nat and the whole group are incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. There's no shame or guilt involved - just lots of support. You get access to an app that has hundreds if not thousands of Slimming World recipes on it. They're all 'real' food. Filling and delicious and family friendly. I 100% recommend giving Slimming World a go - you won't regret it!
I absolutely love Swimming World with Nat. She is so supportive and the group is too. We are like one big happy family. Everyone is so welcoming and has lots of tips and ideas to help if you get stuck
