Elliot redecorated a very tired old property for us from top to bottom. And despite very difficult circumstances, (many layers of old wall paper, crumbling plaster and terrible damp) the project was completed on time, to a very high standard, and at a very reasonable cost. I can highly recommend his services and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future.
