Coastguard rescue teams take part in exercise overlooking Hope Cove

Members of Kingsbridge and Bigbury Coastguard Rescue teams took part in a search exercise around Hope Cove and Bolt Tail.

A training scenario to "locate a high risk missing person" in the area of Bolt Tail, saw team members split into four groups to strategically search given areas.

"The team members then provided casualty care and stabilised the casualty before the exercise was brought to a close. A great evening of joint working with our flank team in some rather nice weather for a change!"
