Murder investigation: Police says there will be no further action
Police have told a man in his 50s, who was interviewed under caution as part of the murder investigation in Kingsbridge, that no further police action will be taken.
A man in his 50s was interviewed under caution as a voluntary attender on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and was released under investigation.
He has since been informed that there will be no further police action being taken in relation to this matter.
Rowan Sutton, 30, from West Charleton Court, Kingsbridge, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court on Monday, 2 June, and entered a not guilty plea to murder.
He was further remanded into custody pending trial, which has been listed to start on the Monday, 20 October.
