I cannot recommend Hannah enough! She is so warm and welcoming, and will always tailor your sessions to whatever your body needs, no matter who you are sharing a session with. Her bright and happy outlook is so motivating and her passion for fitness and health shows. She takes pride in her clients and will support you throughout your fitness journey. She is a breath of fresh air to the PT community!
