Man charged after house fire in Dartmouth

A man has been charged following a house fire in Davis Road last week.

A man has been charged following a property fire in Dartmouth on 9 December.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Police were called to the fire at an address in Davis Road around 9.25am.

"Jai Griffiths, aged 35, of Davis Road, Dartmouth, was charged with arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered.

"He was due to appear before Plymouth Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 10 December."
