Holiday letting agency’s event success is no secret!

South Devon based holiday letting agency Coast & Country Cottages held a fantastically well-attended event, ‘Holiday Letting Secrets’ last week. 

The event, which took place on Thursday, 1 February, at The Dartmouth Hotel, Golf and Spa, was free to attend and everyone was welcome, aimed at "anyone with an interest in the self-catering industry here in Devon".

Over 50 attendees enjoyed a host of informative presentations from Coast & Country Cottages, as well as estate agent Luscombe Maye and Zeal tax specialists.

Emily Mercer, South West Marketing Manager, said: “It was wonderful to share our latest statistics on market trends and booking patterns, as well as our advice on everything from the recent self-catering legislation changes, to tips on starting holiday letting.

"We hope our advice and information will help experienced, new and prospective owners to ensure their property reaches its full booking and income potential in 2024.”

In addition to the presentations, guests were also treated to a free copy of Coast & Country Cottages’ Market Insights Report; a document created especially for the event, filled with information and useful data on the market at present.
