With double glazed sash windows they are very quiet and being a cul de sac it is always a peaceful road. There is also the family bathroom with shower extension over the bath and heated towel rail. The Glow Worm gas fired boiler is housed in a cupboard here too.
Further stairs lead up to Bedroom 3 which is open to the eaves and provides a good sized double which is gloriously light with 2 veluxes to the rear. There is a plenty of cupboard space and it is a lovely room again benefitting from fabulous views across the town and beyond.
