Brooklands is a popular and conveniently located street in Bridgetown being a short walk across the river Dart from Totnes. 

Set in this quiet, no through road, No 4 is a three bedroom mid terrace Victorian family home with immense character. There is good on street parking and it also has a pretty sunny rear garden with sheds.

Exeter Airport is 30 miles away (approx. 40mins) giving direct flights to London, UK and Europe. The A38 giving access to the motorway network is about a 10 minute drive.
