Nash and Co helped us move into our first home and they were fantastic throughout the process. We closed within 8 weeks of offer and actually even brought forward the closing date by a month and we still completed on time. We worked with James, Bethany, Emily and Amy and they were all fantastic. Really responsive, always replied to emails and always answered calls. Not one bad thing to say! We were very motivated to move and so were the seller and Nash understood this, and acted accordingly throughout.
The app wasn't quite my style as I prefer hard documents, and they were fantastic on that front too.
