It's hard to describe the disappointment with this company. Ordered in Nov - told it may come by Christmas, instead after constant chasing we got some simple wooden blinds in Feb but the remainder didn't come until end of March - What a disaster, wrong material & poor fit. For 1 window it was 100% the wrong size. . They did take them away but still had to hassle for a refund. Our experience - Poor communication, clearly the initial "adviser" who came to the house didn't know how to use a tape measure and can't even order the right materials. We were constantly fobbed off with excuses "we have problems getting the material", "The cassette manufacturer has got it wrong" etc.. Every time we phoned/emailed for an update we were never called back without contacting them several times. Even when we had a sample of material we ordered and the horrendous ones that arrived - they questioned and implied it was our fault. I cannot express enough how let down we feel by this company and we are now 5 month in with no blinds and a company who were sat on our £3k for far to long.
