Hi Rosie, that looks like it was the information for Plymouth City Council - this information has come from South Hams District Council. I hope this explains things a bit! Sam Acourt - News Editor

It says on the magazine "for those under Plymouth City Council". This post is for the South Hams which is a different council, "South Hams District Council".
