I had same issue - could prove we had paid this summer on credit card statement and they are not accepting. I asked if a similar reg number had been entered but they are not responding. Issue seems to be that they are part of IPC and not the car park association which tells them to not charge if you have made a keying error. Avoid!

I parked in the same car park on 22/07 and paid for an hour. I was there for 45 minutes and have subsequently received a PCN for £100. I still have the ticket and appealed unsuccessfully and have since appealed to IAS and they too have dismissed my appeal. The sticking point appears to be that my full vehicle reg did not print on the ticket, but still enough of it to identify my car. Not happy at all, Premier Parking are nothing short of crooks.

I parked here in July 2021, paid for a ticket with card and have the bank statement entry to show it was paid and also still have the paper parking ticket. The times clearly show it corresponds with the time of entry and exit, in fact we left an hour early. However the registration isn't showing at all on the ticket, we're sure we entered it. Why would the ticket print if no reg. no was entered at all? They declined our appeal despite having proof we had paid.

Don't pay anything. You have produced a bank statement proving that you paid. It is simple.
All their car parks are controlled using these camera systems that take a photograph of your car on entry and exit?
They have a photo of your car on entry and exit. You have proof of payment.
If they try to claim that the fee paid could be for a different car park, then the onus is on them to prove that. If your car had been in a different car park, they would have pictures of it on entry and exit. It wasn't and they haven't so they've shot themselves in the foot. Case closed.
