Kingsbridge Show has a Scarecrow Competition for the first time this year, celebrating the 200th anniversary of the RNLI. 

Childrens' groups and schools are invited to build a scarecrow for exhibition at the show. The competition will be judged on Most Seaworthy and Best Recycled Scarecrow

You can enter a maximum of two scarecrows, either freestanding or made to be attached to a fencepost. 

Scarecrows can be up to 2m tall and 1m wide and will need to be delivered to the show field between 10am and 3pm on Thursday, 5 September, or Friday, 6 September.

Kingsbridge Show takes place on Saturday, 7 September 2024, at Borough Farm, Kingsbridge, TQ9 7QP

Gates are open between 9am - 5pm, children aged 10 and under enter free. Dogs on short leads allowed. Free car parking on site but there will also be a free shuttle bus service from Kingsbridge Quay to the showground regularly.
