Prickles in a Pickle, the hedgehog rescue centre in Stoke Fleming, has been included in a competition to sell a guitar signed by the members of Coldplay.

Aspire Competitions Ltd have offered to sell a signed Coldplay guitar and the competition closes in five days.

A spokesperson for the charity said: "We have been extremely lucky that Aspire Competitions Ltd have offered to sell the Coldplay Signed Guitar on one of their amazing competitions.

"They have exposure to over 500,000 views a day and are kindly doing this for our charity with no commission taken for themselves. 100% of what is raised will come to Prickles in a Pickle. This is very generous of them.

"They have also made a short promotional video with Alan and Judy which they will run on their website. Reaching this number of people is not something we are able to achieve, so we are very grateful to Owen and the members of Aspire Competitions Ltd. They are very supportive of many charities. Its very easy to sign up and take part in."
